We allow visitors to post comments about businesses that appear in our directory. These comments are subject to the following guidelines:
All comments are subject to moderation and removal without notice.
If a rating is inconsistent with a comment then it may be deleted.
An average rating is only published once a business has received three ratings from different customers.
To rate a business you must also leave a comment. Likewise, if you comment on a business you must give it a rating.
Negative comments will not be posted by default. Businesses will be notified when a negative comment has been submitted and they can choose to either publish the comment or leave it unpublished.
Ratings are based on a scale from 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest.
You should only leave a comment if you have personal experience with the business in question.
We do not accept comments made by owners or employees of a business.
